[VS Code] The file is not displayed in the editor because it is either binary or uses an unsupported text encording

Visual Studio Code 컴파일 에러

Visual Studio Code에서 gcc로 c파일을 컴파일 하였더니 아래와 같은 에러가 발생했다.

원인은 c파일명에 .(dot)이 존재하여 발생한 것이었다.
